Bloom uses your location to tag posts you take to a specific geographical location (if you allow it). These posts and their location are stored on Bloom servers until you or Bloom delete them.
By posting a photo to Bloom, you relinquish all rights to the photo. It may be used in advertising or otherwise by Bloom. Photos may also be deleted from Bloom without warning and for any reason whatsoever but especially in cases of abuse, bullying, harassing or any other illegal or ill-mannered intentions.
Bullying, harassing, pornography or any other ill-mannered or illegal activity will not be tolerated on Bloom. Your mobile phone number and email could get banned as well as your account deleted. You may be banned from using Bloom.
Photos uploaded to Bloom may be potentially viewed by everyone on the network. Location service accuracy is determined by the mobile operating system and may be inaccurate.
Profile photos and profile bio may be potentially viewed by everyone on the network.
Photos uploaded to Bloom expire after a 24 hour period and are deleted and irrecoverable from the service there after.
Once uploaded to Bloom, be aware that other users could screenshot your photos and save them. You agree that you will not upload anything to Bloom unless you want to whole world to potentially see it.
We will do our best to inform you of how data is used on Bloom when you use the app. We want pure transparency here and are constantly working towards making it easy for users of the app to understand how their data is shared and used.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
